At the storefront, install one wood cornice. Install wood storefront paneling to match existing. Install one grease catch below existing HVAC exhaust vent cap. Install one blade sign to match signage at 1514 W. Baltimore Street. Existing storefront glazing and exhaust devices to be retained. Install surface-mounted downlights to soffit above main entryway. Install address lettering adjacent to the main entryway. Prime and paint storefront paneling, trim, door, stiles, rails, and raised panels above door with Sherwin Williams SW2848 Roycroft Pewter. Prime and paint the address lettering and turn-down sheet metal at storefront cornice with Sherwin Williams SW6258 Tricorn Black. All work to be completed as per information/plans/specs in CHAP files except where this ATP supersedes.
