This project provides fire alarm equipment to support the renovation of an old PNC Bank tenant to a Wonder restaurant tenant located within McHenry Row East. This is a six story apartment building with retail tenants on the first floor. The building is equipped with a Siemens FC922 fire detection and alarm system, which was installed as BFPE project no. 33311. An existing Siemens PAD-3 notification appliance circuit (NAC) extender panel in the space will be relocated as shown, and new notification appliances within the space will be connected to an unused circuit on this panel. A heat detector and a monitor module for a kitchen hood system will be connected to the existing SLC within the space. Existing pull stations will be reusesd. The system will continue to follow the existing, approved sequence of operation. The kitchen hood will evacuate the building and send an alarm to the monitoring station when activated.
