Environmental dust control measures shall be implemented throughout the project, including containment, dust suppression, debris management, and proper disposal of construction waste in compliance with all applicable Baltimore City, Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE), EPA, and OSHA regulations. The work is limited to exterior masonry restoration and shall not alter the structural integrity, occupancy classification, or use of the building.
