It entails Level 1 light demolition, including the removal of leftover trash/debris, existing kitchen cabinets, tiles, bath fixtures, interior doors, and carpeting, with several non-structural interior walls to be demolished. The scope includes rebuilding the back exterior wall on the second floor, replacing six (6) existing windows in their current locations, as well as the front, rear, and basement exterior doors. Interior work comprises new kitchen and bathroom installations, trim upgrades, wall refinishing, and painting. The back part of the house has an exisitng small 6' x 7' "bump-out" off the kitchen that was used as part of the kitchen/pantry area and it's in disrepair. This project will address this issue by tearing down all the damaged parts and rebuilding them (detailed in attached drawings). All necessary Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) permits will be obtained by licensed contractors under this building permit.
