At rear yard, build 4' x 4' P/T wood platform at rear entry with steps to grade. Platform to be constructed with 5/4" decking on 2" x 8" joists. Steps to have 2" x 12" treads, 7" risers & three carriages. Total interior sq. ft. 1,100 Total interior cost $90.000 Total exterior sq. ft. 200 Total exterior cost $20,000.
