Install ADA compliant toilet in bathroom second floor. Install a Rheem, 40-gallon gas hot water heater. Hot water heater will be high recovery. ------- INTERIO R ALTERATIONS -------- Living room: repair front and side wall caused by water damage. Assure that source of water penetration is eliminated. -------- EXTERIOR ALTERATIONS ------- Roof: install new roof. Tear off existing roof down to sheeting. Install new half inch CDX plywood and apply a Whitelock cool EDPM room. Remove existing gutters and downspouts. Install 5-inch 5K gutters with 4-inch downspouts. --------- PAVING --------- Rear yard: dig up and move all cement in rear yard. This will include the cement cinderblocks. Pour cement in rear yard a minimum of 4 inches thick with a minimum of 3000 psi. Approximately 5 yards. -------- FENCING -------- install a new 4-foot-high galvanized chain-link fence where cement block wall once stood. Approximately 90 linear feet. Front corners repair corners at top of property. As per plans and as per code.
