On the front façade, scrape, prime and paint the existing historic french door, door trim, transom. As per plans as per code........ Per chap: atp: on the front façade, remove the existing tar-backed asphalt sheeting in its entirety using the gentlest methods possible. Façade to be cleaned with mild detergent and low-pressure spray if needed. Deteriorated mortar to be repointed with 12b lehigh ivory type-n mortar. New mortar to be same size, color, location, texture, joint width, and joint profile as existing historic mortar.
