Baltimore Department of Housing and Community Development permit BRCM-25-009977: issued Jul 18, 2025 for roofing work at 2924 Erdman Ave. THIS IS A LOAN GRANT CARPENTRY: Kitchen Left Interior Window Wall & Ceiling: 1. Disconnect faucet water supply & waste lines to sink. 2. Disconnect, Remove & Salvage garbage disposal to reinstall. 3. Remove & Dispose existing countertop w/faucet & sink, wall and base cabinets ONLY on left wall. 4. Remove & Dispose (15'l x 8'h) of existing water damaged drywall, insulation, & rotted wall studs @ side left window kitchen wall. 5. Install new (2x) wood stock wall studs, bottom plates and blocking for new wall cabinets 6. Insert new (R-19) Batt Faced Insulation into wall cavity. 7. Install & Finish (½") GWB w/ (1) coat of primer and (2) coats of paint to match existing color and finish. 8. Provide and Install new wall & base cabinets, countertop w/double bowl stainless steel sink and new faucet. 9. Reinstall garbage disposal previously removed during removal. Kitchen Ceiling & Others Walls: 1. Repair (6' x 5') area of GWB ceiling. 2. Apply (1) coat of primer and (1) coat of paint to entire ceiling to match existing color and finish. 3. Repair & Paint ALL walls and ceiling after electrical wire and devices installation Kitchen Flooring: 1. Remove & Dispose (up to 288' sq/ft) of damaged finish floor, underlayment and subflooring. 2. Install (up to 288' sq/ft) (¾") of plywood subfloor w/ (¼") wood underlayment to elevation of existing remaining underlayment & subfloor. 3. Install (up to 310' sq/ft) Non-Slip Waterproof Laminate Flooring w/shoe moulding to match. Windows - 2nd Floor Bathroom: 1. Remove existing & Install (1) White double hung vinyl window w/ LOW-E and half screen. 2. Wrap exterior existing trim with white metal coil stock and apply window caulking at wrapping seams. ELECTRICAL: Electrical Service & Devices Upgrade: 1. Wire whole house to code with new (200-amp) service with disconnect. 2. Provide and install two (2) 5/8-inch ground rods 3. Provide and install one (1) #4 grounding electrode conductor of water ground and bond gas pipes 4. Provide and install one (1) #6 bear grounding electrode conductor. 5. Provide and install up to Twenty (20) standard light fixtures. 6. Provide and install all necessary smoke detectors, switches, and receptacles. 7. Install & Provide power for existing exhaust fans and sump pump. WATERPROOFING: Basement - Drain Tile: 1. Demo, Excavate and Remove approx. (110 L.ft.) concrete and soil @ lower front basement floor. 2. Excavate and Remove approx. (100' L.ft.) soil @ upper rear basement dirt floor. 3. Install Drain Tile, Gravel and tie into existing basin with existing sump pump @ front lower basement. NOTE: Existing discharge line drain pipe exits at front right side of yard. 4. Install and Finish new concrete @ lower basement new Drain Tile System Installation. 5. Back fill w/existing soil @ upper rear basement new Drain Tile System Installation. PLUMBING: Kitchen - Connect Sink: 1. Remove & Reconstruct kitchen sink waste & supply lines. 2. Provide, Install and Connect new kitchen faucet w/ supply and waste lines to new kitchen sink. As per code.
