All work to comply with IRC and Baltimore City requirements. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing permits will be submitted separately. This building permit includes structural framing, egress installation, siding, roofing, decking, insulation, and interior wall layout, all interior doors, exterior doors and all windows As per plans as per code.
