The project also includes installation of a new wood guardrail system with 4x4 railing posts and wood balusters spaced per IRC requirements. As per plans and as per code. No changes to the existing building footprint, utilities, or grade elevations are proposed. Approved For Work only. Subject to the permitted uses and regulations under the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance.
