Stormdoor to have Z-bar frame, 1" or thicker door, removable tempered glass panel, fiberglass screen, locking latch set, automatic closer, wind chain and door sweep. INSTALL A NEW SHOWER STALL - FIBERGLASS, W/FIXTURES - Remove existing shower stall, if any, and provide and install per manufacturer's instructions a new 32" x 60" white. Install any necessary water lines, drain lines, vents, framing, blocking, shims and nailers to ensure proper and code approved installation of shower unit. Fix/replace bathroom sink. Repair and replace back deck with composite flooring. Install new iron railings - new premium grade ornamental iron railings around open edges of floors and stairs. Top rail to be heavy duty, curved and at least 1-5/8" wide. Bottom rail to be heavy duty. TRIM TREE OVERHANGING the back patio - Trim tree limbs overhanging roof so that a vertical clearance of about 15 feet exists between the patio steps and any remaining tree limbs.
