All bedrooms will maintain 70 sq/ft for one occupant or 50 sq/ft per occupant, 4. All bathrooms will maintain enough clear floor space for clearance of plumbing fixtures, 5. All fencing/footer work will be done within private property lines). All doors and windows will be same size and location. Per department of planning requirements.
