A portion of the dining room wall will be demolished to install a new sliding door. - The existing staircase will be removed, and required floor framing modifications will be made to accommodate the new stair installation. - Additional wall modifications will be performed as necessary for the installation of new windows. On the upper level: - existing interior walls, doors, and windows will be removed and replaced - certain openings will be infilled to match existing conditions. - A portion of wall will be demolished to install a new door providing access to a new bathroom within the primary bedroom. In the attic: - the existing stair access will be removed, and the opening will be framed closed with new structural members, fully integrated into the structural system as per plans and as per code.
