As per plans and as per code. SEPARATE PERMIT REQUIRED FOR MEP per approved architectural and structural plans. All framing, structural connections, sheathing, bracing, and load requirements shall comply with Baltimore City Building Code, applicable IRC provisions, and stamped structural engineering drawings. Approved For Work Only. Subject to the permitted uses and regulations under the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance.
