Repair existing 8" masonry block. Tooth-in block as needed. 8. Install two windows and exterior front door to match existing. 9. Frame, insulate, and drywall first floor front exterior wall. 10. Install trim and flooring to match existing. 11. Cosmetic repairs to existing drywall, paint, trim, and flooring as necessary. All work will be performed according to the attached drawing specifications and in accordance with baltimore city building codes. Separate permit will be required for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work. As per plans and as per code.
