Repoint with lime-based mortar and replace deteriorated brick on rear elevation Install two metal doors on rear Repair and replace decking boards and rail elements on rear Install HVAC condenser below deck in rear Replace the roof with torch-down rolled rubber roofing membrane All exterior work must comply with CHAP ATP.
