Preserve all existing historic masonry materials and architectural features. No changes are proposed to building openings, dimensions, wall configurations, or exterior architectural features. Mortar Specifications The proposed mortar shall match the existing historic mortar in the following characteristics: Color, Texture, Material composition, Joint profile Care shall be taken to avoid damage to adjacent historic brick masonry during mortar removal and repointing. Any replacement brick units required shall match the existing historic brick in size, color, texture, and finish. As per code.
