Install R-21 insulation in perimeter walls and R-49 insulation in roof areas. Hang and finish 150 sheets of 1/2" drywall, prime and paint all walls, ceilings and trim throughout. Install 1420 sqft. luxury vinyl pLanks (LVP) FLOORING. Install kitchen cabinetry, granite counter tops, etc. Remove and replace (2) exterior doors and install (7) new interior doors. Remove and replace (3) staircases in the same location as before, railings, trim/baseboards. Tile 120sqft flooring and tub surround walls Full interior rehabilitation and structural framing in accordance with approved plans All work to be completed per Baltimore City Local Building Codes. Approved For Work only. Subject to the permitted uses and regulations under the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. Separate permit will be required for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work. As per plans and as per code.
