Complete the following work on the rear: Remove door installed without CHAP approval and replace with new 6-panel fiberglass door. New door to fit the existing masonry opening with no filler. Remove existing security door and install new black metal full-light storm door that properly fits the door opening, within the door frame. All work to be completed as per information/plans/specs in CHAP files except where this ATP supersedes.
