Install All new Kitchen Cabinets and countertops, - replace 12 windows and 2 exterior doors same size and same location. ----- EXTERIOR ALTERATIONS ----- - Repair front and rear porches including siding as needed. As per code. Separate permit required for MEP. Separate permit will be required for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work All work will be completed according to 2021 IRC building code compliance.. Add 1 hour fired rated separation in all applicable areas. Change of scope might required if structural walls are damage. . Subject to the permitted uses and regulations under the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance.
