SCOPE OF WORK - Complete new framing as per code, replace 5 windows, same size and same location, replace install 6 interior doors, - install insulation walls R-21 ATTIC R-49 ----- EXTERIOR ALTERATIONS ----- - replace rear vinyl siding as needed install insulation as per code, add 1 hour fire rated as required in all applicable areas as per code. as per code, install drywall, vinyl flooring ceramic tile, paint entire Floor. add 1 hour fire rated as required - build new egress stairs in the rear - New roof (includes structural work) ---- PAVING ---- - New parking pad in the rear AS PER PLANS AND AS PER CODE. separation wall between common entrance stairs and dwelling unit must be 1 hour with 5/8" gyp. On both sides separate permit required for sprinklers.
