PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consist of an interior remodel modernization. The new interior will be comprised of: SCOPE OF WORK: ----- INTERIOR/EXTERIOR ALTERATIONS ----- - a new open Living/dining, new bath, pantry, kitchen design, - new master bedroom on suite with bath with closets and - new third floor bath. - Existing Basement ceiling to be demolished and new gypsum board ceiling to be installed throughout. All other interior spaces will receive cosmetic upgrades such as paint and flooring. - In order to achieve the functional space required for modernization 3 interior walls will be removed and new opening created. - Beams will be installed for all load bearing wall being demolished. - Other items will include closing up of some existing door openings as required and creating new door opening as required. New spaces created within existing construction will consist of new open kitchen, great room, new closets and new m. bath at second level. All new construction will be inspected., replaced and repaired as required. - In addition all guard rails both interior and exterior will be replaced as required AS PER PLANS AND AS PER CODE. Separate permits required for MEP.
