Stainless steel post bases/anchors will be secured directly into the concrete footings using heavy-duty anchor bolts to transfer structural loads directly to the footings. 2. Permeable Paver Patio Specifications: Dimensions & Surface: Installation of 24" x 24" concrete pavers with wide permeable joints filled with pea gravel to manage stormwater runoff. Sub-base Prep: Excavation to proper depth, mechanical soil compaction, heavy-duty geotextile weed barrier, 1.5 inches of leveled and compacted sand layer, and high-density paver base panels to minimize deep excavation while providing standard load distribution. Integration: Pavers will be fitted neatly around the buried concrete footings so the post brackets attach firmly to solid concrete. As per plans and as per code.
