No penetrations are made through the CMU party wall. No underpinning, as per plans as per code. Contractor required for structural work ? Basement ceiling center beam: 3-ply 2 12 SYP #2 dropped beam, joists bearing on top, supported on a continuous 2 6 stud bearing wall with 6 6 posts at the north and south ends. ? First floor ceiling center beam: 3-ply 2 10 SYP #2 dropped beam, joists bearing on top, supported on 6 6 pressure-treated posts set on 24" 24" 12" concrete pads. No change to room program, egress, openings, stair location or dimensions, fence scope, or work cost. Revised Sheets 4 and 5 attached; all other approved sheets unchanged. Separate permit will be pulled for any MEP work. All work per Baltimore City code and submitted plans. Amend this permit to add your licensed GC. A licensed contractor is required for all structural work to begin.
