Basement to remain unfinished to house mechanicals. ----- EXTERIOR ALTERATIONS----- - Replace eight (8) existing vinyl windows with new vinyl replacement windows in the same existing rough openings, with no change to opening size or location. - Replace existing front and rear exterior doors with new exterior doors in the same existing openings, with no structural modification to the openings. - Construct a new approximately 9'-0" 10'-0" rear deck with pressure-treated structural framing, composite decking, guards, stairs, handrail, posts, beams and frost-protected concrete footings ---- FENCING ---- - Construct approximately 71 linear feet of new 6'-0" high pressure-treated wood privacy fence around the rear yard, including pedestrian gate, posts, rails, pickets and concrete post footings AS PER PLANS AND AS PER CODE No change in use, occupancy, dwelling-unit count or building footprint is proposed except for the new rear deck. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits shall be obtained where required. Approved For Work Only. Subject to the permitted uses and regulations under the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance.
