AS PER PLANS AND AS PER CODE Separate permit will be required for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work. All work will be completed according to 2021 IRC building code compliance.. Add 1 hour fired rated separation in all applicable areas. Change of scope might required if structural walls are damage. Subject to the permitted uses and regulations under the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance.
