Each year, on the first Tuesday in August, communities across the nation come together to celebrate National Night Out, a nationwide initiative designed to strengthen relationships between residents and law enforcement while promoting neighborhood safety, community partnerships, and civic engagement through block parties, festivals, cookouts, and family-friendly activities. This year, the Baltimore Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, in partnership with Park Heights Renaissance and Kennedy Krieger Institute, is proud to host the 2026 Southern Park Heights National Night Out Celebration. Our annual event is designed to bring together families, neighbors, community organizations, public safety agencies, and local partners for an evening of fellowship, fun, and valuable community resources. The celebration provides a welcoming and safe environment where residents can connect with organizations that support education, health, wellness, youth development, employment, and public safety while strengthening the bonds that make the Park Heights community thrive. This year's celebration promises an exciting evening filled with live entertainment, children's activities, community resources, food, giveaways, and opportunities to engage with local organizations and first responders. Type of work and status are our own standard labels, so permits compare across cities. The city's wording is in the "City's category" and "City's status" rows. We show costs under $100 as not listed, because filers often enter $0 or $1 when the city doesn't require a cost.
