Baltimore Department of Housing and Community Development permit COM2021-57492: issued Mar 22, 2021 for roofing work at 3357 Beech Ave. main roof replacement: -assist home owner with moving items from high risk area on 2nd floor towards front of home -tear off existing main roof surface down to planking and dispose of antennas -remove and dispose of existing gutter -inspect fascia, if fascia needs to be replaced replace with keeler pvc board -replace planking as needed and inspect structure (customer will pull permit and have inspector out to project for approval ) -remove and flatten old roof hatch -install up to 3 sheets of plywood 3/4 inch thick (any additional sheets needed will be billed at $90 each) -install new pipe for bathroom vent to be vented out of the roof -install crickets on skylight and chimney and air shaft -frame parapet wall on right side to back of house -install carlisle 2 inch iso board with plates and screws -install new white gravel stop at the front of the roof -install new white drip at the rear of the roof -install polyglass elastoflex sa-v base sheet (2 layers) -install polyglass elastoflex sa-p white polar cap sheet -install termination bar and caulk around chimneys -clean area thoroughly of all debris the following items will be added as change orders after any necessary repairs have been made: *drywall damage may occur in front of the house due to drywall being attached to the roof joist. repairing this will be a change order depending on the amount of damage incurred. *items should be removed from the front bedroom and the bed will be covered with plastic and plywood to prevent damage. *all framing of damaged joist will be a change order for repairs if needed (up to 5 joists in the same size and location)* *replacement of fascia if needed will be a change order, not included in estimate* gutter replacement: -install white 5k gutter and downspout to the rear of home -attach gutter with straps -adjust gutter to drain properly -secure downspouts with white straps skylight replacement: -dispose of existing pyramid skylight -install new fcmd 9999 0029 triple laminated skylight to manufactures specs (in the same size and location), all work will be done according to baltimore city code.
