Baltimore Department of Housing and Community Development permit COM2023-76274: issued Sep 28, 2023 for electrical work at 2315 Eutaw Pl. this work is an extension of com2023-73847 and com2022-76956. the original permit application did not include a basement apartment, because we had not yet secured zoning approval. since then, a zoning bill was passed to convert the property from single-family to a two-unit building. the legislation file # is 22-0221. the enactment # is 22-174. the bill was signed by the mayor on november 21, 2022. we are submitting this new permit application to add a basement apartment. just like our existing permit for the main house, this amendment should not include hvac, plumbing or electrical work. that work will be performed by subcontractors, who will pull their own permits. i am uploading the original set of plans for your reference. i am also uploading amended versions of sheets a1 and a9 that now include the basement apartment. no other sheets of the original permits have been modified. the new sheets are signed and sealed. all work will be done according to baltimore city code and per submitted plans. *two plan sheets were previously approved, *approving for interior work on basement apt only.
