Once primer coat is dry, apply elastomeric waterproof coating, Tremco TREMproof 250GC and allow to dry 6-12 hours o Install new PT stringers, composite treads, trim boards, and trailing posts o Caulk all tread and riser connection points o Install new corner boards, siding, and attachment points for railing o Install composite railings o Install privacy lattice at exposed sections of the stairs o Finish Trim • ADD/ALT# 1: Staircase Replacement with Sauna Tube: (2) Staircases o Cut out existing metal stairs at (2) locations and dispose o Anchor into concrete using epoxy for lags o Install (4) 4" x 6" posts using sauna tubes o Install new PT stringers, composite treads, trim boards, and trailing posts o Caulk all tread and riser connection points o Install composite railings o Install privacy lattice at exposed sections of the stairs.
