Additional fiberglass insulation will be installed for sound proofing. Install new 12 position circuit breaker sub panel (120/240V 50A). New 20AMP GFCI counter circuits will be installed. Dishwasher and disposal will be installed and disposal will operate on a switch. Install 6 new recessed lights and under cabinet lighting. All plumbing venting will be brought up to code. Stove, sink, and dishwasher will be moved to new locations. Hang new blue board on all walls and ceilings (5/8" on ceiling), skim coat with plaster, sand and paint. Install all interior trim (baseboards and windows). Refinish floors upon completion of work.
