Insulation boards will be mechanically fastened with approved roofing plates and fasteners. -Install new Firestone.060mil black EPDM membrane over newly installed insulation. Membrane will be fully adhered with approved bonding adhesive. -Seams will be treated with an application of primer wash and a 3" butyl-based seam tape. -All projections ad penetrations will be flashed to new membrane with pre-molded flashing or an uncured flashing field wrap. -Wall membrane will be tucked up under existing metal coping and terminated with a 4" aluminum counterflashing. -Furnish and install new 16oz copper drip edge metal flashing at front and rear edge of the roof. -Provide manufacturer's 20 year warranty.
