Electric wiring for the washer&dryer and light fixture inside the closet and install washer pan. Remove all existing kitchen cabinets and countertop. A Kitchen Designer is included and will provide a designated design. Remove existing kitchen ceramic floor. Save appliances microwave and stove. Install new electric outlet for stove. Install hardwood floor in the kitchen matching existing ones. Install new kitchen cabinets. Install under the cabinet LED Light where is required. The kitchen peninsula will have a full size base cabinet with granite counter top overlapping to dining/living area. Install new granite counter at sink area, new sink, new faucet and garbage disposal. Install backsplash tiles. Electric update for the entire kitchen. Install new recessed lights at kitchen and light under wall cabinets. Install ceiling mount to receive light fixture at dining/living area. Electric update for the entire apartment. Refinish hardwood floor where is damaged by construction. Install the appliances back (stove, microwave and new refrigerator). Prep, sand, prime and painting entire apartment (walls, ceiling and woodwork). Apply 1 coat of prime and 2 coats of paint. Trash removal will be according with building manager. After work is completed a full cleaning of the entire apartment will be provided.
