I will have a post to Carrying beam (3-2" X 10" X 12'.5" carriage bolted together)Deck floor Joist (6'.5" in length at 16" oc) will sit on top of carrying beam and attached by joist hangers to ledger that will be lagged onto the home. All framing will be 2" X 10" pressure treated lumber. Debri will be disposed of through "Mass Junk". The cost of this job is $8,150.00. I am new to this system. I have been attempting to upload copies of the drawn plan and a copy of my CS license and HIC license. My cs#-053967. My HIC license is 121698.
