The removal of existing lighting and replacement with new fixtures c. Repairs and Updates to existing HVAC Supply / Return Air System d. Repair of existing walls - Patch & Paint e. Flooring repairs throughout store f. General millwork repairs including re-lamination of counter tops, repairs to existing millwork casework and wall rails 2. The demolition of the existing Brueggers bagel shop, interior to Star Market Brighton, is to reclaim space to the supermarket and expand the existing produce department. The demolition and removal includes the flooring, walls, and ceiling. The existing drop ceiling is to be removed and this area's will be open to the roof deck similar to the Star Market portion of the building. Part of this will included the relocation of the existing MEPs to now be supported from the roof deck. Fire Protection sprinkler heads will now be upright and relocated to within 12" of the roof deck. 3. The demolition of the existing entry floating ceiling system. The existing drop ceiling is to be removed and this area's will be open to the roof deck similar to the Star Market portion of the building. Part of this will included the relocation of the existing MEPs to now be supported from the roof deck. Fire Protection sprinkler heads will now be upright and relocated to within 12" of the roof deck. 4. Repairs to existing Pharmacy walls, lighting removal & replacement, and casework updates.
