Part I - Walls ~ Remove existing concrete/timber retaining walls and dispose ~ Excavate existing soil and base for trench/footing ~ Install gravel / stone dust footing and compact ~ Install Allen Block Walls to designated height ~ Install drainage pipes and geo grid reinforcement behind walls. ~ Backfill cores of block with crushed stone and approximately 2-4 feet of crushed stone behind wall. ~ Cap wall with Allen Block caps and adhesive Front Wall - 23' long by 3.0' - 5.5' high Driveway Wall (right side) - 25' long by 2.5' - 4.5' high Driveway Wall (left side) - 32' long by 4.5' - 6.0' high Part II - Stairs ~ Remove existing rails and set aside ~ Demo/Repair what is needed to install new treads and risers ~ Install granite treads on stairs, platforms and side walls using type "S" masonry cement ~ Skim coat sides of stairs with U-Trowel waterproof stucco ~ Apply either brick veneers or stucco on risers ~ Apply sealant.
