Micro-piles to be installed by an authorized by authorized contractor and designed to resist the working loads per plan by a qualified engineer. Design, Installation and reinforcing per manufacture in conformance with IBC 1810.8 shop drawings of piled to be reviewed by Gebau, Inc., prior to construction. Maximum permissible vertical deflection of pile at working load to be 1/2" or as noted per plan.
