Resubmittal after permit issuance 03/18/2024 - Updated scope to consolidate the lease space into one commercial office tenant, with some additional non-structural partitions, employee coffee area, revisions to lighting, power, and HVAC systems. Note that a stub out for a sink was included within the previous approved plans and plumbing fixture count, so there is no net increase within the plumbing fixture calculations. Occupancy has increased slightly as the proposed office use more closely resembles a high-occupancy office use, and the egress/occupancy information has been updated.
