The electrical equipment for both upgrades has already been purchased and installed and is ready for rough-in inspection. Purchase of the heat pump will occur after permit approval. Since construction plans are included in the Mechanical Plans and Electrical Plans documents, no separate Construction Plan set is being submitted. Installation for this project will be performed by the owner.
