REVISION 5/22/25 Carport changed to covered workshop/bikeport 319 sf. 1/6/26 Update to remove window well from south side of Bedroom 1. The outdoor kitchen and gas fire pit were relocated from the east side of the yard to immediately outside the kitchen. The patio on the east side of the living room was reduced and the patio outside of the kitchen was made larger. The electrical meter, solar inverter and underground service were moved to the east wall of the garage.
