A nano window will be added at kitchen countertop for Indoor/outdoor space. The smaller kitchen window will be abandoned. The master bedroom and remaining 2 bedrooms will remain the same. Just new light fixtures at existing junction boxes. We will add a wall to house a new electrical fireplace in the family room. The basement fireplace will get a new wall to house a new electric fireplace as well. We will break concrete to access sewer drain to tie into new toilet line and a new sink drain. Water lines will be added as well. We will be removing the tankless boiler system and add gas for air furnace and new hot water heater. The upstairs space is 900 sq ft and lower space is 900 sq ft. All areas will receive new paint, doors, trim case, base, flooring, and vanities, cabinets, countertops, hardware, appliances will be replaced where needed. Exterior will get all new siding, paint, new roof.
