In one of the warehouse spaces we will be removing 41ea. 6LT8 highbay fixtures and installing 30ea. 90W Also SLB2 090/840/F XEG# ECO fixtures with occupancy sensors. Of those 30 new fixtures, 6ea. Will have Ems. All the other linear fixtures, both 4? and 8? will be retrofitted with ESPEN LED Type B 4? tubes. In all the offices, we will be replacing all the single pole, wall mounted wall switches with dual occupancy wall sensors. In the old warehouse we will be adding area sensors with power packs to control those fixtures. Additionally, in the other warehouse area we will be removing all the 400W highbay fixtures as well as all the 8? industrial fluorescent fixtures and replacing them with 30ea Keystone, KT HBLED215-2F-840-VDIMP LED highbay fixtures.
