The existing Fire Alarm System shall be updated to accommodate a tenant remodel portion of a laboratory area on the second floor. Renovation, as follows; · Provide and install six new audible/visual notification appliances (NAC), added to a spare circuit (V8) on an existing NAC Power Supply. Demolish two existing horn/strobes that are no longer necessary due to new floor plan configuration. Existing RTU's 13, 14, and 15 are to be demolished. Remove all fire alarm interface equipment and return to building owner. Update existing Graphic Map to reflect renovation. Changes to the fire alarm system are limited to the area of work. Existing building fire alarm design criteria will remain as is. Existing sequence of operations will remain unchanged.
