The system is fed by an existing 4" water supply. Total fire's scope of work will begin at the top of the existing 4" flange located 1ft above finish floor in the mechanical room at the below grade parking garage. Work includes the complete demo of the existing copper system all the way back to the u.g. Flange. Work includes the installation of a new 2-1/2" double check backflow preventor. Work also includes the installation of a new steel wet-pipe sprinkler system serving all of parcel 'b'. Parcel 'b' is comprised entirely of light hazard residential units. Existing adjacent parcel 'a' & existing below grade parking garage are currently not sprinkled and are not in total fire's scope of work. (Fsn13r).
