The mini split heads will be located in the bedroom and living room of the ADU With Installing 2 new circuits for a mini split system in a customer's ADU. The condenser circuit can be pulled from the subpanel in the ADU. The exact circuit route will be determined on site walk. Condenser: 240V/25A dedicated circuit w/ exterior non-fused disconnect & 6' whip and service outlet: 120V/20A Outdoor GFI outlet located near condenser. PLEASE NOTE: APPLICABLE ONLY TO SYSTEMS WITH FUEL BURNING APPLIANCES: All new plastic glued vents for fuel burning appliances must undergo pressure testing. To facilitate the inspection process, please provide photographic evidence of the pressure test directly to the assigned inspector on the day the rough mechanical inspection is scheduled. Approved tests: 10 ft water test, 5 PSI positive pressure, or Negative 5 psi air pressure test for 15 Minutes.
