Electrical Scope: Service Upgrade to 200A Grounding System & Intersystem Bond Breakers Re-installation Required Wiring/Conduit/PVC Surge Protection, Whole House Rewired as suggested with room for heat pumps and spare room for future electrical appliances Load balancing setup for Tesla battery so that it only backs up the non-240V circuits in house (2) New 230V 30A circuit for Heat Pump & 5kW heat strip back up heat (1) New 230V circuit for dryer (Amperage TBD per dryer spec) PLEASE NOTE: APPLICABLE ONLY TO SYSTEMS WITH FUEL BURNING APPLIANCES: All new plastic glued vents for fuel burning appliances must undergo pressure testing. To facilitate the inspection process, please provide photographic evidence of the pressure test directly to the assigned inspector on the day the rough mechanical inspection is scheduled. Approved tests: 10 ft water test, 5 PSI positive pressure, or Negative 5 psi air pressure test for 15 Minutes.
