Complete a final walkthrough and system tutorial with the homeowner We will coordinate a crane rental for removal of the existing swamp cooler and then set new heat pump at the existing 'flat-roof' location. Electrical Scope: -(1) dedicated 230V 45A electrical circuit with disconnect and GFCI for the new roof-mounted heat pump system. -Ensure all new electrical work meets local code requirements for the City of Boulder. PLEASE NOTE: APPLICABLE ONLY TO SYSTEMS WITH FUEL BURNING APPLIANCES: All new plastic glued vents for fuel burning appliances must undergo pressure testing. To facilitate the inspection process, please provide photographic evidence of the pressure test directly to the assigned inspector on the day the rough mechanical inspection is scheduled. Approved tests: 10 ft water test, 5 PSI positive pressure, or Negative 5 psi air pressure test for 15 Minutes.
