Install two Mitsubishi heat pump systems consisting of a basement unit (SUZ-AK30NLHZ condenser, SVZ-AP30NL air handler, 3kW heat strip) and an attic unit (SUZ-AK24NLHZ condenser, SVZ-AP24NL air handler, 3kW heat strip). Scope includes two MERV filter cabinets, running two new refrigerant line sets with 30 feet of exterior line hide, system commissioning, and homeowner orientation. Electrical Scope: Branch circuit connections from the electrical panel to the new outdoor units with new condenser breakers (sized per manufacturer specifications) and emergency disconnects; line-voltage connection and shutoff switch at the indoor unit. PLEASE NOTE: APPLICABLE ONLY TO SYSTEMS WITH FUEL BURNING APPLIANCES: All new plastic glued vents for fuel burning appliances must undergo pressure testing. To facilitate the inspection process, please provide photographic evidence of the pressure test directly to the assigned inspector on the day the rough mechanical inspection is scheduled. Approved tests: 10 ft water test, 5 PSI positive pressure, or Negative 5 psi air pressure test for 15 Minutes.
