Install two courses of ice and water shield at the roof eaves, and one course in the valley areas. ? Install one layer of 30 lb felt dry in over entire roof surface. ? Install new step flashing at sidewall locations ? Install new Tamko Heritage or Certain Teed Landmark shingles, including new starter hip and ridge shingles Flashing: ? Install new drip edge metal at all eave locations. ? Install new rake edge metal at gable ends. ? Install new pipe boot flashings ? Install new RV-51 roof vents to provide attic ventilation.
