Provide additional information -- such as manufacturer's cut sheet for other products used - including, but not limited to, items such as flashing, valley material, sealants, fasteners, ventilation devices or features and roof jacks & penetration boots. -tear off and remove existing roof system -pepare proper safety rail and indetifiers -carlisle 90mil QA EPDM Fully Adhere using RPI Royal Edge Bonding Adhesive at a rate of 1.66 gallons per square -uncured EPDM flashing used accordingly at corners, overlaps, wall transitions, penetration details -all pipe penetrations sealed using either a field wrap detail, manufactured piped flashing, or pitch pan and pourable sealer -Buildup design and suite plan to be approved by local building department and by maintenance supervisor -Final inspection to be performed -30yr membrane warranty upon completion.
